- Upon approval, you’ll receive your SATAGA Pledge Certificate, complete with a unique QR code that links directly to your verification page on our website. You can display this certificate in your store and online!

- In return for taking a stand against counterfeit toys & games, your businesses details, name, address and contact details (as listed in your application) will be displayed on our retailer database to assist customers in locating relevant retailers who have taken the pledge against counterfeit toys and games;
- Should your business be found to be dealing in counterfeit goods, SATAGA reserves the right to revoke your pledge. Your business status on the authentic retailer database will be reflected as “revoked” with a strikethrough;
- Taking this pledge does not grant membership status, nor does it entitle you to any membership-related benefits. Please enquire about membership should you be interested.
- This is a voluntary commitment and does not constitute a legally binding contract.
